I am a computer enthusiast who built his own computer. I came in because of a BIOS issue that I couldn’t fix with the tools I had. My technician, Jeremy, was very polite and asked what my problem was. I explained my problem and what I though the solution might be, he listened to me and agreed that it was likely and told me he’d start there. I was told it would be $59 for a technician’s time, which for Tulsa is VERY reasonable. I was told at the time there would be no additional charges, and that was correct.
