WARRANTY

Xpress Computer Solutions, referred to as “the Company,” extends the following warranty terms for both computer repair and computer sales, herein referred to as “the Product.” This warranty is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:

 

  1. Scope of Warranty:
    • The Company warrants that all repairs performed by our certified technicians and all computer hardware sold by the Company will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of repair completion or purchase.
  2. Coverage:
    • This warranty covers both repair services and hardware sold by the Company.
    • The warranty does not cover issues arising from:
      • Accidental damage
      • Misuse or abuse of the Product
      • Unauthorized modifications or alterations
      • Software-related issues not directly addressed by the repair service
      • Normal wear and tear
  3. Remedies:
    • In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, the Company will, at its discretion, either repair or replace any defective parts or re-perform the service at no additional charge.
    • If the Company determines that the Product cannot be repaired or replaced, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the purchase price or repair service fee.
  4. Claims Process:
    • To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must provide a copy of the original repair invoice or sales receipt and describe the issue encountered.
    • Warranty claims must be made within the 90-day warranty period.
    • All warranty claims will be evaluated by the Company, and the decision regarding repair, replacement, or refund will be final.
  5. Limitations:
    • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer who purchased the repair service or computer hardware.
    • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of the Product or the inability to use it.
    • The maximum liability of the Company under this warranty shall not exceed the original repair service fee or purchase price of the hardware.
  6. Exclusions:
    • This warranty does not cover any software issues, data loss, or damage to software, including loss of data resulting from repair services.
    • The warranty does not cover any pre-existing conditions or issues unrelated to the repair performed by the Company.
  7. Modification of Terms:
    • The Company reserves the right to modify or amend the terms of this warranty at any time without prior notice. Any such modifications will be effective for all warranty claims made after the date of the modification.
