Do I need an appointment?

Walk ins are welcome during business hours. For onsite service or complex projects, we recommend calling ahead so we can schedule dedicated time for your visit.

What types of devices do you work on?

We service desktop computers, laptops, many all in one systems, and some small form factor devices. We also assist with network equipment, printers, and related home and small business technology.

Do you work with both home and business clients?

Yes. We support home users, home offices, and small businesses that need reliable technology without a full time internal IT department.

Service and Repair

How long does a typical repair take?

Many repairs are completed within one to three business days depending on the issue and parts availability. Some services such as diagnostics or simple software fixes may be completed the same day.

Do you charge a diagnostic fee?

In most cases there is a diagnostic fee that covers the time required to evaluate the device and determine the cause of the problem. If you approve the repair, this fee may be applied toward the final service.

Can you recover my data?

We offer data recovery for many common failure scenarios. The success of data recovery depends on the condition of the drive and the type of failure. We will explain your options after an initial evaluation.

Remote Support

What is remote support?

Remote support allows a technician to connect to your computer securely over the internet to resolve software issues, configuration problems, and other non hardware related concerns.

Is remote support secure?

Yes. The connection is encrypted and you must approve the session. You can see everything that is done and you can end the session at any time.

Pricing and Warranty

How much will my repair cost?

Pricing depends on the type of service, parts required, and the time involved. We will provide an estimate after diagnostics and will not proceed without your approval.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?

Yes. Most qualifying repairs include a ninety day service warranty on the work performed. Details are available on our Warranty page.
