Part-Time Tulsa, OK (On-Site)

Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals for residential and business customers. Perform hardware replacements, OS installs, malware removal, and data recovery.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of hands-on repair experience or A+ Certification
  • Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and macOS
  • Ability to diagnose hardware and software issues independently
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent is a plus

IT Support Specialist

Part-Time Tulsa, OK (On-Site / Field)

Provide on-site and remote IT support to small and medium-sized businesses. Set up networks, manage endpoints, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and assist clients with day-to-day tech needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of IT support or helpdesk experience
  • Working knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, or Microsoft 365
  • Valid driver's license for field visits
  • CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft certifications preferred
