Computer Repair Technician
Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals for residential and business customers. Perform hardware replacements, OS installs, malware removal, and data recovery.
Requirements
- 1+ year of hands-on repair experience or A+ Certification
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and macOS
- Ability to diagnose hardware and software issues independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent is a plus
IT Support Specialist
Provide on-site and remote IT support to small and medium-sized businesses. Set up networks, manage endpoints, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and assist clients with day-to-day tech needs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of IT support or helpdesk experience
- Working knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, or Microsoft 365
- Valid driver's license for field visits
- CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft certifications preferred
Customer Service & Front Desk
Be the first point of contact for our customers, in person, by phone, and via email. Greet clients, process service orders, provide status updates, and ensure every customer leaves happy.
Requirements
- Prior customer service or retail experience preferred
- Comfortable with basic computer use and data entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and organized demeanor
- Interest in technology is a bonus
