Before shipping, please contact our support team to discuss your issue. We will provide a preliminary quote and create a service ticket so our technicians are expecting your arrival.

Pack Safely

Packing Checklist

  • Use a sturdy box with at least 2 inches of bubble wrap on all sides.
  • Include your Name, Phone Number, and Ticket Number.
  • Do NOT include cables or chargers unless they are part of the problem.
Step 3

Ship It

Ship using a trackable service and insure the package for the value of the device.
