1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website and services of Xpress Computer Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Xpress Computer Solutions provides computer repair, IT support, custom builds, and hardware sales. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products.
3. Payment & Billing
Payment is due upon completion of service or purchase of product unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, cash, and financing via Affirm. Unpaid invoices past 30 days may result in the retention of hardware or late fees until payment is settled.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xpress Computer Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
1. Information Collection
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register for services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products, or otherwise contact us. This may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, and billing information.
2. Use of Information

- Facilitate account creation and logon process.
- Send you administrative information, such as order confirmations and policy updates.
- Fulfill and manage your orders and repairs.
- Protect our Services from fraud and abuse.
3. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations. We use trusted third-party providers like Stripe for payments and Affirm for financing.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines prohibited uses of the Xpress Computer Solutions network, website, and digital services.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. Prohibited activity includes:
- Systematically retrieving data to create a database without written permission.
- Tricking, defrauding, or misleading us or other users.
- Interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the services.
- Engaging in automated use of the system.
2. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate and prosecute violations of this AUP to the fullest extent of the law. We may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who violate these policies.
Xpress Confidence Guarantee
We stand behind our craftsmanship with a comprehensive 90-day limited warranty on all repairs.
1. Coverage
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of service completion. Coverage includes parts replaced by Xpress Computer Solutions and the labor associated with the replacement.
2. Exclusions
- Subsequent physical damage.
- Liquid damage occurring after the repair.
- Software issues created by user activity after pickup.
- Tampering or repairs attempted by third parties.
3. Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please bring the device and your service receipt to our store. For remote or on-site services, contact our support team to schedule a follow-up. If a defect is found within the warranty period, we will repair it at no charge.
Critical Data Warning
Back up your data before requesting any service. Data loss is a risk inherent to computer repair.
1. Data Loss & Liability
Xpress Computer Solutions shall not be liable for any loss of data or software program that may occur during service. The customer is responsible for backing up all data on the device prior to service. If data backup is requested as a service, we will make a best-effort attempt but cannot guarantee success for failing drives.
2. Repair Risks
Electronic repairs involve risks. Opening a device may cause casing damage or reveal pre-existing damage to components. Motherboard repairs on liquid-damaged devices can sometimes result in the device no longer powering on. By authorizing repair, you accept these risks.
3. Abandonment
Devices left in our possession for over 30 days after notification of completion (or 30 days after the last attempt to contact you) will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of, recycle, or sell abandoned property to recoup service costs and storage fees.
4. Warranty Seals
Servicing your device may void the manufacturer's warranty. Xpress Computer Solutions is not an authorized service provider for all manufacturers and is not responsible for voided warranties.
